​Mark Makers' Quarterly, a print journal for and about rural California's art and artists, is looking for submissions for its inaugural issue. This quarterly magazine, based on the northern Sonoma and southern Mendocino coast, will be available initially throughout Northern California. 

 

For this issue, the theme is creativity and what drives you as an artist. What compels you to make marks, whether they be with ink, paint, fiber, clay, paper, or any other medium? Send me your writing about this topic, either brief or long format, along with high quality images (no more than five) of your work, and of you in your studio.
